Our pizza oven is specifically designed to cook Neapolitan-style pizza, which has specific characteristics and requirements. The traditional ovens reach very high temperatures, up to 500 degrees Celsius, which allows for a quick cook time. The high heat and quick cooking time results in a crispy crust with a soft and airy center, characteristic of the traditional Neapolitan pizza. The use of our ovens also gives the unique flavor to the pizza.
In contrast, a regular oven is not designed to reach such high temperatures and therefore cannot cook a pizza in the same way. At Pizza Beppe we strive to make the pizza as tasty as the authentic Neapolitan pizza.
Our pizza ovens also have a unique shape and construction, which helps to distribute heat evenly and retain heat within the oven. This helps to ensure that the pizza is cooked consistently and to perfection.
