Why our pizza oven is better than a regular oven

Our pizza oven is specially designed for baking Neapolitan pizza, which has specific features and requirements. The traditional ovens reach very high temperatures, up to 500 degrees Celsius, so that the pizza is baked in a short time. Thanks to this heat and short baking time, a crispy crust with a soft, fluffy interior is created: the hallmark of authentic Neapolitan pizza. In addition, our oven provides the unique taste that makes the pizza so special.

A regular oven is not designed to reach such high temperatures and can therefore never cook a pizza in the same way. At Pizza Beppe, we strive to make pizzas that are just as tasty as real Neapolitan pizza.

Our pizza ovens also have a unique shape and construction, so that the heat is evenly distributed and optimally maintained. This is how we ensure that every pizza is baked consistently and to perfection.
