We'd like to introduce you to a new addition to our menu that will make cheese lovers everywhere happy: Pizza Burrata Piccante.

The Burrata Piccante is a spicy twist on the classic burrata, known for its creamy texture and refined taste. Our pizzaiolo added 'Nduja, a spicy, spreadable salami from Calabria, a region in southern Italy. 'Nduja is made from a mix of pork, fat and spicy Calabrian chilies, and is usually seasoned with salt and pepper. This gives the pizza a subtle kick that goes perfectly with the full creaminess of the burrata.
