Fresh dough prepared by hand every day, San Marzano tomatoes from Campania, creamy fior di latte mozzarella and a stone oven that heats everything up to temperature. The result? That fluffy crust with the characteristic leopard crust, as it should be. And did you know that we are the first restaurant in the Netherlands with the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana label? Only Italian restaurants that make pizzas according to the Neapolitan tradition receive that label. We are very proud of that. And you can taste that!
